JDSU, a global leader in commercial lasers and optical communications, is seeking an Account Manager to take ownership and drive business by managing and growing the revenue for Communication Test in Sweden and possibly other Nordic countries. Your previous experience in managing strategic relationships with large and small customers will be valued as you enhance and deliver first class products and services to these accounts. You will also propose and implement account strategy and drive the quarterly and annual business plans for your accounts.

However, it is also important to manage the day-to-day business such as driving all aspects of customer satisfaction, managing timely specification reviews and quotations, and resolving customer issues. In addition, you will be a key interface into the business units to communicate and influence meeting customer requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction is not only regularly met, but also increasing. This position is based in Farsta, Sweden.

Expectations for the position are:
• Meet/Exceed quarterly and annual revenue quota
• Develop and execute account sales plans
• Effectively work with multiple levels within the account to drive JDSU initiatives and design wins
• Monthly Forecasting & Gap Analysis Reporting
 
A sound Telecoms background is required, in addition to strong sales and account management skills.
 
This position may include travel (1 – 25%).
