Join our team at Kupolen köpcentrum in Borlänge! Kupolen is one of the major companies in Borlänge with its 100 stores and approximately 800 employees. The center is visited by 4,0 million people annually and boasts a turnover of SEK 1.2 billion.

The role as Shopping Center Manager is to optimize the conditions for a successful shopping center management, to create positive impact on the retail community at the center and to drive forward the development of the center's attractiveness and profitability.

Main tasks
  • Maintain the safety of visitors and retailers on site
  • Develop the attractiveness and profitability of the shopping center
  • Enhance the center's position and footfall through marketing initiatives, initiate activities to increase traffic and sales
  • Maximize the financial performance by optimizing the resources and cost containment
  • Optimize the customer path
  • Optimize the owner budgets, service charges budget and marketing budget
  • Ensure coherence on all aspects of the shopping center model; shop mix, format, communication and service
  • Motivate the tenants and build positive relationship between the retail community and the shopping center's management
  • Build relations with local political and financial institutions to reinforce the scope and attractiveness of the shopping center
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Business Plan
  • Maintain solid knowledge of the local catchment area
  • Represent the company to key accounts and partners
Education & Competences
  • Higher business education, minimum at Bachelor level, or equivalent job experience
  • Commercial understanding and experience
  • Knowledge of the retail industry
  • Marketing knowledge, particular from digital marketing
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
