Ballast water treatment system is seen as one of the big growth potential markets in the maritime industry. We are looking for a Business Coordinator for our Ballast Water Treatment System - Alfa Laval PureBallast.

About the job
You will be part of a highly motivated sales team working with the PureBallast product. You will be working in a global environment with interesting challenges in a dynamic and fast moving market.

The position is located in Tumba close to Stockholm and you will report to the Global Business Manager, Business Centre PureBallast.

Your challenges and tasks
The role of the Business Coordinator is to participate in the development, implementation and administration of sales activities to grow the ballast water treatment business in the Marine & Diesel Division.

Main tasks
  • Develop and support sales tools
  • Coordinate and maintain business related information, e.g. Competitor database, Market share analysis etc.
  • Develop sales material, presentations etc.
  • Responsible of practical arrangements for training of our Sales Companies as well as customer seminars and webinars
  • Support the Sales managers with developing project specific sales material
  • Find and draft monthly/quarterly newsletter, newsfeeds, presentations, webinars etc. for different internal communication channels
  • Responsible for content and updates on the internal web portal (Alfa Laval Share)
  • Taking responsibility for systems that are going to exhibitions
  • Assist in the development of business processes, tools and templates.
Candidate profile
We expect you to have Business or Marketing degree and preferably some experience from technical sales. To be successful in this position you will need a good understainding of marketing, a commercial awareness and know what it takes to create B2B oriented sales material.

  • Super user of Sharepoint, Photoshop, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English - both oral and written
