Senior HR Manager

This is a great opportunity for you who are interested in leading the HR work in an international, changing and developing environment. The Senior HR Manager is responsible for driving the human resource strategy to attract, develop and retain competent and engaged employees and to make sure that overall business objects for Xylem are met. In this role you are part of the local management team at Xylem in Emmaboda and have a close cooperation with the Site Manager and all local managers daily. You will also be part of the global HR-team and reports to the Vice President for Human Resources located in Stockholm. As Senior HR Manager you are leading a team of five (5) HR professionals as direct reports on site and is responsible for long-term HR- strategies, development and implementation of processes, budgets and that laws and regulations are followed.

Qualifications

You have a MSc or BSc in Business of Administration or similar university education. To be successful in this role you must have a solid experience from working as Human Resources Director or HR Manager. You have several years as a HR-leader from an international environment, cross function cooperation and change management. Excellent skills in English are essential to perform in this international industry and fluent in spoken and written Swedish is required.
