Required qualification, experience and skills
  • High School education
  • 5 years experience in administrative role, ideally in a global matrix environment
  • Ability to write formal communications to inform site of key updates
  • Ability to work with Word PowerPoint and some excel - use of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to interact confidently with visiting executives
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management
  • Flexible on work assignments, multiple types of activities no deep expertise in any area required
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness with ability to anticipate needs and take relevant and appropriate action
  • Proactive, self-motivated and flexible with strong organisational skills with ability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to take meeting minutes, set agendas and follow up on action items
  • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
  • Project management skills, including planning and prioritisation and able to cope with ambiguity or complexity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
