We are looking for a switched on, experienced and highly talented marketing ninja who's obsessed with growth to join Albert and our Management Team. We want you to come join our team and help us in our journey of becoming the number one B2C company in Europe's EdTech world.

In this role you will be responsible for driving and accelerating growth through customer acquisition, owning the paid and non-paid channels of the business, and balancing the need for growth with the need for effectiveness. You will be a part of Albert's Management Team and being a key person in our journey of becoming the European EdTech leader in B2C Subscription.

The most challenging and exciting responsibilities and deliverables for this role are:
  • Manage paid and non-paid acquisition channels, delivering continued growth while improving the efficiency of customer acquisition across all channels (digital and media) and unlocking new ones
  • Double our significant marketing budget in~1-2 years
  • Define every channel strategy and manage a continuous, planned, and documented testing plan with a focus on measurement and analysis.
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer profiling, purchase cycle, and churn analysis.
  • Budget and media planning, identifying the best mix based on addressable market, markets and media channels
  • Ensure we're always fueling our ad initiativ with best in class creatives across all channels and be in charge of an impactful digital creative optimization process
  • Have a hacking mindset to find innovative ways to drive step-function improvements in marketing efficiency.
  • Provide a relentless focus on metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Run CR optimization through the funnel to signup for all our channels (i.e. ASO, web, paid social, paid search etc.)
  • Negotiate and build relationships with media houses, publishers and collaboration partners

  • Collaborate with the broader organization, share knowledge, experiment with ideas, and apply learnings to UA plans.
The ideal teammate for us would be someone with:
  • an entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and conformable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • 3-5+ years of working experience within customer acquisition or in fast-paced B2C environments.
  • Strong background in driving and accelerating growth through customer acquisition, owning the paid performance and non-paid part of the business, and balancing the need for growth with the need for effectiveness.
  • Proven track record in strategically managing paid acquisition channels (both digital and channels like TV and Out of home), delivering continued growth while improving the efficiency of customer acquisition across existing channels.
  • Experience in digital products with subscription-based models is a plus
  • Innovative mindset who is always willing to find innovative ways to drive step-function improvements in marketing efficiency
  • Excellent people skills to ensure a high-performing team.
  • An experienced and talented leader experienced in hiring, building, and managing a fantastic team
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience driving multiple workflows.
  • English is a must, we don't care about certificates but we expect you to be able to communicate fluently.
