We are looking for a Finance Manager reporting to the MD of Business Unit Bioprinting at the Gothenburg office:
Responsibilities
Manage, drive and monitor the budget and forecast process
Responsible manager for financial accountants and accounting associates within business unit bioprinting, currently six employees in Sweden and the US and another three consultants
Ensure adherence to Group Accounting principles within the CELLINK Business unit
Ensure timely and correct reporting of monthly closings to Business area Director, controllers and Group Accounting for CELLINK companies
Assist in creating a reliable internal reporting structure for Business unit Bioprinting
Proactive and continuous development of processes and routines
Be responsible for fulfilling applicable statutory requirements, e.g. annual reports and tax returns
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
Qualifications
At least ten years of relevant experience from finance manager positions at an IFRS reporting company, audit firm or business controller role
Proven experience of a leading role in an operational business
Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
Experience from companies having the full range of activities from R&D, Production, logistics and Sales/marketing
Previous experience of closing books and taking full responsibility for monthly numbers in an entire company/business area
Knowledge of IFRS principles
Leadership experience
Master's in finance related degree
