Leanheat is expanding its business in Sweden, and we are now looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our local country organization. We offer you a chance to work on something meaningful; Leanheat directly reduces the environmental load caused by building heating.

If you take the challenge as our new Technical Project Manager, you and your team members will make sure that our customers in Sweden get the best added value from our services. Work location can be some of the Danfoss offices in Sweden, preferably in Gothenburg. Regardless of the location, you will cooperate closely with the Leanheat HQ in Helsinki, Finland. Your responsibilities in this position will be the following:
  • Management of installation and deployment projects. As we are growing in Sweden, we need local support for deploying new Leanheat sites. You will take care that the whole process will work smoothly; from the time the deal is made until the sites are in full operation. This includes building partner network, subcontractor management, hardware procurement and configuration of the sites in the Leanheat web service. Furthermore, fluent communication of the project progress is essential. You will also be responsible for developing new, more efficient deployment processes that will fit Swedish markets.
  • Technical support and problem solving. After the installation, you will take care that the Leanheat service operates fluently and customer will achieve their goals. You will make sure that the heating control works, customer gets energy savings and maintains good indoor conditions.
  • Customer reporting and savings calculations. You will bring up suggestions for improving energy savings and indoor conditions. You will make observations from the site data, that could be valuable for the customer.
  • Building the local organization in Sweden. As a member of the newly established local organization, you will participate in development of the work processes and teamwork.
To be successful in this position, we appreciate Bachelor's degree or higher in technical, business or related field and previous experience in the field of HVAC-systems, building automation or real estate business. You also have solid knowledge on building heating. You are willing to travel on a regular basis in Sweden. You have excellent communication skills and can communicate effortlessly in Swedish and English. All other language skills are beneficial. On a more personal note, your attitude is excellent when it comes to serving customer in the best possible way. You have initiative and entrepreneurial mindset. As our organization is growing and changing, we appreciate if you like speed and you are able to adapt in changing priorities and situations.
