About the position:
Professionals Nord is, due to our client, looking for a customer support specialist.

Everyone that lives with diabetes knows that it is a highly individual condition. Actions that make you react in a certain way, may be completely different to someone else's response. At Glooko, they are aware of this, and have designed diasend to be a truly personal experience - helping you make sense of your unique diabetes data. Customize charts and graphs, use filters to highlight the parts that you want to focus on, or even include activity tracker information to reveal new patterns. Your data, your way.

Glooko's head office is in Göteborg and have around 60 employees. Now expanding to include a new customer service specialist. The team currently consists of 13 colleagues.

Your role:

In this role you are customer facing taking incoming calls and communicating in both English and French providing technical support. It is a wide range of tasks in this roll, and you work in a dynamic environment. Tasks can include managing shipments, including returns, troubleshooting and customer complaints. Working closely with developers and international sales representatives to always develop the product and services. As required additionally to participate in trade shows, training and encourage optimal working procedures.

Qualifications:

You, who have a few years of experience in customer support, or equivalent. Or have a good understanding about diabetes and want to work with customer support. Fluent in French and English, and Swedish or a willingness to learn, to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues. You are comfortable working with computers and smart phones.

You are service minded as a person, ensuring timely and accurate support to customers. You adapt to structured environments documenting and reporting on actions, workarounds, and make suggestions for work optimization. You have a genuine desire to help people, and therefore you develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues and health care professionals. You are also business minded as a person.
