Job description:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual with strong sense of ownership to join our Customer Service Team in our Warehouse and Product Distribution department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multinational, global company that makes global trade happen.

Main purpose of the role is to deliver a superior Customer Experience to our clients , proactively identify issues and mitigate them by ensuring they are resolved quickly, as well as execute all operations tasks on time. Being a client coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers.

In the role you will gain industry knowledge and international experience. We provide support for you to shape your own career by achieving expertise and learning on the job.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver customer service end-2-end to our warehousing and distribution customers: coordination and follow up of customers' requests, supplier (internal and external) fulfilment, as well as invoice customers and perform administrative related tasks. Service is bound to be delivered in accordance to contractually defined service levels
  • Build and sustain strong customer and supplier relations
  • Proactively secure continuous high service levels through tracking deviation and reach out with alternative solutions if necessary
  • Understand how external factors impact our customers' supply chains and understand their sense of urgency, need of service, drivers and desires
  • Seek and capture extended business opportunities in existing customer relations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency within the product in general and the Customer service function in particular
Required profile:

Professional skills
  • Minimum Swedish gymnasium diploma or equivalent
  • Experience within administration/ logistics/economics
  • Language requirements: Business level in written as well as spoken Swedish and English
  • At least basic knowledge in MS Office
  • Ideally Continuous improvement (lean) experience

  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Socially savvy: easily interacts with people of various levels in an effective and professional manner
  • A team player with a "can do" attitude
  • Well-organized
  • Ability to work under pressure, keeping quality in focus
  • Solution oriented - ability to look beyond the obvious and identify creative solutions
  • A curious person that constantly is striving to do things better and smarter
  • Strong record of ownership: to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision
