The role of the Business Planning Analyst team is to support our business teams in the decision making process to reach financial objectives by analyzing the company's current performance, by synthesizing information and based on this forecasting implications for the short-, mid and long-term.

The role of the Business Planning Analyst team is to support our business teams in the decision making process to reach financial objectives by analyzing the company's current performance, by synthesizing information and based on this forecasting implications for the short-, mid and long-term.

The BPA Manager in Supply Operations and Global Services reports to the Head BPA and works closely with the Global COO and his management team. The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Major accountabilities of the role:
  • Be the "go-to" person for all finance related questions of the COO and some of his management team members, primarily the Head of SCM and the Head of Global Services.
  • Coordinate, prepare and challenge financial plans, budgets and forecasts within the assigned business area.
  • Evaluate the economic viability of B2B soft- and hardware installations together with the Global Service Organization.
  • Monitor and analyze costs on a monthly basis and propose mitigating actions to achieve plans.
  • Preparation of monthly management reporting with clear financial analysis and business information to support decision making.
  • Work on building a proactive, customer oriented, data-driven controlling team by enhancing processes, applications and tools.
Profile
  • University degree in a relevant field, e.g. Economics, Business, Engineering.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, e.g. as financial analyst in an international company in the field of a professional services, project business, telecommunication or manufacturing.
  • Excellent analytic ability to transform the essence of data to information.
  • Eye for details and the big picture alike.
  • Take personal pride in high quality work.
  • Experience in a B2B sales organization is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong IT skills, ERP systems, MS office applications and advanced Excel.
  • Strong team player with a pro-active attitude.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, any additional language beneficial
