Description

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to Ascom's office in Gothenburg. You will be reporting to our VP HR located in the Netherlands. You will be supporting the functions Services and Mobility within Systems, approximately 500 people. The job also includes to engage with other HR Business Partners to drive key initiatives such as succession planning, annual compensation and performance management cycle and other HR business initiatives. You will work with our HR Services-team to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and validation of data, centralized reporting, and transfer of work to drive efficiency.

Key areas of responsibility
  • Ensure HR operations and key processes are aligned to address global and local/regional needs and regulatory and legal requirements
  • Strong counterpart for workers councils/unions and employee committees, ensuring co-determination and information rights including negotiations and discussions
  • Provides strategic HR insights to help us optimize and drive talent and performance management processes, leadership development, compensation and benefits and workforce planning in the respective global functions
  • Partner with Business & Finance leaders to assure budget plan alignment and to help manage workforce costs to fit business outlooks
  • Leverage the tools and processes developed by HR Services and assure appropriate analytics to support delivery of HR programs
Profile
  • 5-10 years' experience in multiple HR disciplines, e.g., business partnering, compensation or talent management, with global HR advisory experience preferred
  • Experience partnering with global business leadership in a matrix organization, contributing to solutions that demonstrate credibility, creativity and deep knowledge of HR and also broader aspects of the business
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills demonstrated in a global, matrix environment, across functions/segments/geographies
  • Knowledge of compliance areas for HR processes and programs
  • Fluent in Swedish and English is required, any additional language is beneficial
