We are looking for a Head of Global Fleet & Business who will lead the strategic approach of the Polestar Fleet & Business offering on a Global level.

You will be a part of the Management team for Global Sales & Network Operations and responsible for the creation, implementation and management of the Global Fleet & Business Sales Strategy

We believe you are process-focused, with an entrepreneurial spirit. You have a personal drive and determination to develop the Polestar offering to customers.

You will be leading the Polestar Global Fleet & Business department, based at Polestar HQ, Gothenburg. You will report into the Head of Global Sales & Network Operations.

What you´ll do
  • Lead the strategic approach of the Polestar Fleet & Business offering on a Global level in accordance to the overall Polestar ambitions.
  • Accountability of sales channel volume and target performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Management of all Fleet & Business sales and operational areas from a HQ perspective to ensure Polestar is positioned as the brand of choice for customers.
  • Build on the established sales processes and digital infrastructure to drive the ongoing development of a digital Fleet & Business customer journey.
  • Drive awareness and business knowledge of key topics and long-term opportunities for Fleet & Business within Polestar.
  • Responsibility and performance management of related Fleet & Business service partners to drive future growth, brand adoption and leading system integration.
  • Identify Fleet & Business communications opportunities that support the ongoing establishment of Polestar.
  • Lead the Global Fleet & Business team to achieve planned collective aspirations and targets.
Who you are
  • 10+ years' experience in Fleet & Business Sales and /or Account Management, with an International focus being an advantage.
  • Extensive understanding of the Fleet & Business market on a Global level with focus on the Leasing structure in Europe.
  • Personal drive and determination to develop the Polestar offering to customers.
  • Cross functional knowledge and the ability to lead multiple level projects involving internal & external stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinker with a clear view on systematic processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, further language(s) an advantage
