We are looking for a Global Digital Platform Manager for TENA Professional, with focus on our professional healthcare customers (B2B).
With over 50 years of experience, TENA is the world's leading continence brand. We offer a full range of products, services and solutions, that are tailored to the needs of the individuals, their families and healthcare professionals.
You will be responsible for developing a well-functioning, customer oriented, digital platform in line with the strategic objectives.
The position holder is a member of the Digital Team within Business Unit Incontinence Care, and reports to the Global Brand Digital Manager in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Product owner for TENA Professional digital platform
Active participation in shaping the digital platform strategy for Professionals
Alignment of global digital requirements and creating a roadmap for future development
Coordination of requirements with Business Units and Global Hygiene Category
Coordination of release planning and execution together with SCA IT
Drive improvement projects as business project manager and/or requirements manager
Follow-up of Business platform SLAs
Support that the right web analytics tools are developed / implemented
Maintain platform administration guidelines and training material
Experience and qualifications
University Degree in Marketing and/or Information technology
Minimum 5 years' experience from Digital functions (preferably in a B2B context)
Experience in breaking down business requests to requirements on digital platforms
Experience from agile development processes
Fluent in English
Excellent digital business mindset
Analytical and well structured
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Takes initiatives and drives performance
Ability to work in a global team
Ability to travel 30+ days per year. Mainly Europe, but overseas travels may also be needed.
