We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for one of our customers. The position is based in Gothenburg with frequent international collaboration. This recruitment process is initially a consultant assignment were you are employed by Sigma Compleo and after six months you will transfer your employment to our client, if all goes well.

About the Job
As a Maintenance Manager you are responsible for the direct communication with end users, working with trouble shooting and figuring out the best solutions. This includes both time and runtime delivery in application management context. We are looking for someone who will be the interface between, be creative and think outside the box and likes to support and maneuver the team.

Your main responsibilities and profile:
  • Excellent solution understanding
  • Documentation regarding Design Applications
  • Related process knowledge
  • Solution habits and interfaces
  • Coordinate maintenance, upgrades and configurations
  • Build up a support organization and formalize the support process
  • Active communicate with super users about planned maintenance, upgrades and configurations
  • Installation, iOS/PC adaptation/differences
Your merit qualifications:
  • General technical knowledge of cloud services, integrations and application management
  • Knowledge of one or a few of the following systems; Autodes, Alias, Catia , Maya, Icem Surf, IMA, Octane or Adobe Suite
About You
To thrive in, and to be successful in this position, you need to be a socially confident, self-sufficient, as well as a service minded person. You are strongly motivated by technical challenges and solutions and you understand the contribution of IT in a global business environment. You have an IT background with a minimum of one year's relevant experience. A relevant profile could be that you have worked as a 3rd line support technician and you are now ready to take the next step in your carrier!

You have a deep technical knowledge, a cultural awareness and you are comfortable to work with people on all levels of the organization. Since this is a global company that handles international users and systems located all over the world, it's important that you are fluent in English.

For this role you have the courage to take on challenges and comfortable to prioritize your tasks. You are highly organized and can work efficiently without direct supervision. It's important that you always keep the team members involved in your work. You are not afraid to work independently and cross-functionally across teams in a changing work environment.
