At Volvo Cars, we have an Agile Organization where we develop our product features and functions continuously in Product Streams with a complete lifecycle responsibility. The three Product Streams within the unit Vehicle Software&Electronics are:
  • In-Car Digital - Infotainment, Digital User Experience, Connectivity
  • Base Software - Electrical and Electronics Systems
  • Autonomous Drive - Active Safety and autonomous drive functions
Within In-Car Digital we are now looking for a Team manager for a newly created team In Car Digital Solution Strategy. This team is part of the section In Car Digital Solution Support, responsible for supporting the product stream with the operational overview including project deliveries, change management and architectural foundations.

As Team Manager for In Car Digital Solution Strategy your main objective will be to lead team and to develop the individuals. Technical experience and understanding will certainly help your daily work, but we will look very closely to your leadership skills and personality. We are looking for a senior professional with a genuine interest and engagement in team leadership and personal development. We believe you are highly efficient in communicating with technical and non-technical teams, executive management, partners and customers. In order to succeed well you need to have around 10 years of relevant work experience and experience within people management.

Working proficiency in the English language, speech and writing, is a requirement. Combined with the same skills in the Swedish language is considered a merit.
