We are searching for a Partner Sales Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to Nederman and our EMEA Distribution Sales company, which is a part of the Extraction & Filtration Division. You will be responsible for partner development in the EMEA region with a focus on Eastern Europe and the Middle East, in close cooperation with our MD EMEA Distributors & OEMs.

Your key task is to increase sales in the region by developing existing and new partners. Selling a concept and building a dealer network is natural for you as well the understanding what it takes to build a long-term relationship where we grow a profitable business together with our partners. Developing partners means to plan, carry out and follow-up by visiting them and develope their local business.

You will be based at our office in Helsingborg, Sweden, but the position will involve frequent traveling.



Your Profile:

You are a true value-based selling profile with 2-5 years of experience of successful partner development and technical sales management experience in an international environment.

You have a University Degree and a background from the manufacturing industry or from a major reseller or distributor of industrial products. Experience of doing business in Eastern Europe or the Middle East is a merit.

You are a trusted team player and act fast, friendly and reliable. It is also important that you have good skills and are used to communicating with business English.
