About the job
Our quality team in Dalby are looking for a colleague who will report into the Technical Manager for site Dalby and Runcorn. The main objective for the Quality Assurance Specialist is to ensure overall Food Safety, product quality and outsourced processes and thereof also compliance towards adopted standards related to Food Safety and quality for AAK Dalby and be a part of the daily work to ensure that HACCP, quality standards and quality KPIs s is met, alongside developing the Quality System to meet the requirements of FSSCC 22000:2015.

Quality Assurance Specialist responsibilities on a daily basis
  • Certifications and Standard compliance
  • Food Safety and Quality assurance and improvements
  • Meet legal requirements regarding Food Safety and Quality
  • Certifications and Quality audits and assessments
  • Customer complaints and Re-draw/Re-call
  • Establish Quality KPI:s
The position is based in Dalby, Sweden and you will report to our Technical Manager for Site Dalby and Runcorn.

Who are you?
Experience
To succeed in this role, you have a relevant education, probably on Bachelor's or Master's degree level, but more importantly, you have experience of working with similar quality tasks. You are good at expressing yourself in speech and writing. We are an international company therefore fluency in English is a prerequisite. If you have previous experience with similar tasks or using SAP, this is a benefit. Experience of working with FSSCC 22000:2015 would be advantageous. We are looking for a person with experience from the Food and Beverage industry

You are motivated by reaching the department's goals with great commitment to achieving customer satisfaction. We expect you to have a good drive and the ability to take initiative to improve the department´s way of working. As a person, you are systematic, thorough and a fast learner and you have the capability to organize your own work, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
