We are looking for a sales representative for the Nordic region.

Job Summary
As a sales representative for the Nordic region, you will be responsible for managing accounts in Scandinavia and the Baltic countries, visiting both key accounts and working with distributors. There will be a mixed focus on the role; account management of our existing customer base and business development. You will report to the Sales Manager UK/Nordics. High flexibility to travel is key in this role.

You will be supported by an excellent customer service team in Sweden, trained by our product experts in Germany and coached by an experienced Sales Manager.

We believe that you are based in the south of Sweden, preferably Skåne, to have easy access to the Nordic region.

In order to be successful in this role:
  • You have excellent negotiation skills, always having the bottom-line target in mind, and you aim for a win/win situation.
  • You know your competition and together with the sales manager, you can create a sales plan that will help you retain and gain new business
  • You provide technical, scientific and clinical information and support to Physicians (users, prescribers or stakeholders) and in parallel support the training requirements of the Terumo Nordics Customer Services team based in our Gothenburg office.
In addition, you support and manage the distributors in Iceland and the Baltics, improving their knowledge of the CV portfolio and share best practices to provide better service to our clients.

Furthermore, you organize and/or participate in technical, clinical and scientific discussions and/or workshops with users, prescribers and key decision-makers in the buying process of CV products in the Nordics market.

  • You have a Bachelor or master’s degree, with clinical experience preferred.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English, any other Nordic language is a plus.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, love to connect face to face with clients and can perform in a highly autonomous way. You excel in networking and have strong communication skills
  • You act as a partner and can proactively identify customer business problems/opportunities and recommended solutions

If you have experience selling both consumables and capital equipment to hospitals, we see this as an advantage.
