You are offered a challenging and developing position in an expanding company.

BoMill's existing customer segments are in the agricultural field; i.e. producers, seed cleaners, elevators/terminals, feed mills, flour mills, semolina mills, malt houses and the organic segment.

Your main areas of responsibilities will be:
  • Segmenting and evaluating potential for sales the markets in France ("No. 1 priority"), Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain.
  • Establish strategies to penetrate and grow specific market areas.
  • Initiate and maintain direct one-to-one communication with customers in the four countries.
  • Sales support, technical assistance, direct presentations, special applications and training of BoMill's products.
  • Attend regional and national tradeshows.
The position requires travelling 60-80 days per year.

The Area Sales Manager will report to the Marketing Director.

Qualifications

You probably have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or in other relevant area.

We believe that you have at least 5-10 years of relevant experience from technical and/or project sales, preferably in France, Belgium, the Netherlands and/or Spain. Previous experience from the agricultural field is valuable.

Fluency in speaking and writing French and English is a prerequisite for the position.

In order to be successful in the position we believe that you are goal-oriented, proactive, structured and outgoing with a long term oriented mindset. It is also important that you possess excellent communicating skills and that you have got the ability to work with customers on both an operational and strategic level. You are also analytical and able to meet deadlines.

You are initially offered 6 months of probationary employment. A pre-employment drug test and background check will be required.

BoMill AB is a Swedish company that has developed a unique patented process for single kernel sorting.

The BoMill head office is in the University town of Malmö, Sweden, only 15 minutes from Copenhagen airport. The company sells quality sorting technology and know-how throughout Europe, North America and Australia, using its own sales organization or agents/distributors.

The equipment sorts grain into quality fractions utilizing near infrared transmission (NIT). Each kernel is individually analyzed, evaluated, and then sorted based on protein, vitreousness (hardness), mycotoxin (DON), vigourness or falling number. BoMill's product range consists of two types of equipment; a lab unit (5-pounds per hour) and a production unit (3 metric tons per hour).
