In collaboration with your colleagues you are responsible for ensuring an effective order-to-delivery process from the time the cars are ordered in the factory until they are delivered to our dealers. During the whole process you will provide support to dealers and colleagues, mainly by using the ordering system, telephone and email. This is a fulltime temporary position for 6 months located in Malmö. You are expected to start in October.

Arbetsuppgifter

As a Specialist OTD you will be a part of our future success working in a key-role with the main purpose to ensure a smooth and swift order-to-delivery process, while maintaining the high standards of quality required by a premium automotive brand.

Your main tasks will be:
  • Monitor order process and undertake appropriate actions to ensure correct vehicle configuration
  • Monitor delivery process and logistics suppliers including but not limited to PDI arrival and services, onward transport to dealers, lead times and service levels
  • Support dealer network and other external and internal parties with information regarding stock, production slot allocation, order and delivery
  • Ensure that transport damages are handled and properly documented according to given guidelines
  • Perform vehicle invoicing
  • Supplier invoices - control and authorization. Ensure that all accounts payable/supplier invoices are handled promptly and costs allocated on appropriate account
Utbildning/erfarenhet

We expect you to have experience of working in a coordinator or service role, preferably from the logistics/automotive industry. As a person you are structured and customer oriented with the ability to keep an overview of complex information. You have excellent communication skills and are an experienced IT user, preferably with knowledge and experience of SAP or similar logistics system. We require that you are fluent in Swedish and English, since we have many international contacts.

You are able to see the full picture and enjoy working in a dynamic environment in a collaborative way. On top of this you are driven and used to work proactively in order to remove obstacles to facilitate your division's ability to deliver result and success.
