Your focus areas

As Financial Manager at Telavox you will report directly to the CFO in a joint strategy and finance function, so you'll be doing much more than counting the beans!

You will lead and be a part of our finance team at our head office in Malmö. The team consists of 10 awesome people who is performing customer economy, accounting, financial controlling and payroll management for the whole group which means supporting Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and UK!

Your focus areas will be:
* Accounting, Finance and Corporate Tax
You will ensure that the accounting complies to legal requirements, IFRS, K3 and tax norms.
* People Development
You will be responsible for supporting and developing our financial team to enable the transit from a 'single market' to an international company.
Introduction of and training in 'best practice' and tools, as well as individual development plans will be a central part of your role.
* Process Development
You will develop and implement new procedures and ways of working to attain higher quality and efficiency.
* System Development

We expect you and your team to contribute to identifying whether existing and new systems need development, improvement or replacement. Naturally this will be in relation to decisions made in other focus areas as well.

What does it take to be a part of this journey?

We expect you to have experience from working with accounting, finance and financial controlling for +5 years - and now you are looking for a new challenge at a FUN company.

You have experience in leading and developing people and you can create a feeling of belonging. You understand the needs of your team and adjust your leadership to ensure the best results. You have the experience and talent to implement, optimize and simplify key functional processes and you know what to measure and how to measure it - and you do measure it!

You are an excellent communicator and you are keen on sharing knowledge, information and best practice with your team and within the Telavox group to do great stuff (and business).

You have a structured approach to solving both day-to-day management as well as projects and you thrive in a changing environment with various projects and tasks from both 'high level' strategic to the operational.
