At the earliest date possible we search in Sweden to further strengthen our Neurology function for a

National Project Manager, Neurology (the South of Sweden)

The goal of this function is to identify, initiate, drive and execute projects, partnerships and activities nationwide but also locally in territory.

Drive sales and value of UCB products in the territory.

Job responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute patients and stakeholder meetings, activities and projects according to the UCB patient value business model.
  • From a holistic perspective and mindset initiate, lead and execute patient value creating activities and projects nationally and locally. Take space to independently drive the business ownership and act with a "lead by example attitude by sharing experiences and knowledge to peers and other counter parts.
  • Proactively maintain and develop patients and stakeholders (HCPs (specialist doctors, nurses, opinion leaders, pharmacists), Drug formulary committees and their members, payers, medical officers, team leaders, head of dept, etc.) relationships in territory by adequate coverage and frequency contacts to the customers. Targets are set separately.
  • Facilitate growth of named UCB products and achieve sales targets.
  • Actively support, cooperate and execute as a member of the Swedish cross functional team (Customer Table).
  • Make sure that all activities are in line with Swedish code of conduct and in line with UCB values and guidelines and in a compliant and ethical manner.
Requirements:
  • At least 4-5 years of experience as Medical Representative/KAM/Project Manager in Pharma business or related, preferably in the CNS business.
  • Broad understanding of the ecosystem of care and what impacts, influences it and recognize common future objectives.
  • Knowledge and proven success with national and/or regional drug formulary committees, guidelines work, PMs etc.
  • Experience from leading patient value driven projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good English skills both oral and written.
  • Enthusiasm and entrepreneurship.
  • Minimum PC application skills: MS Office.
  • Experienced user of Electronic Territory Management Systems and CRM e.g. Veeva.
