Job Description

Zumtobel Group (brands include Thorn and Zumtobel) are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to help develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Indoor portfolio across our Nordic operations.

Working within the marketing team your remit will include:
  • Working with Regional Product Managers and Sales to develop the marketing strategy for the Indoor Business across Nordic and Baltics that is executed both internally and externally (including any corrective actions if necessary)
  • Ownership of your business area including monthly reporting on agreed target and marketing budget in collaboration with Head of Marketing and Product management.
  • Actively participate in both internal and external meetings and events.
  • Execute and stand for top of the line project management that will keep track of details, deliver on time and keep stakeholders up to date with progress within projects.
  • Responsibility of execution and deployment in marketing activities and making sure external parties such as agencies and suppliers are properly briefed with a cost-effective mindset.
  • Focused on obtaining market research and driving your business area.
  • Work closely with the Sales Management and Regional Sales team to deliver sales growth within your business area, including active involvement in sales meetings.
  • Work closely with the Regional Product Manager(s) to ensure successful launch within indoor, in line with the launch plan including development of sales stories and training of the sales teams.
Your Profile
Candidates should have experience of working in B2B/B2C marketing within a commercial organisation and have the energy, drive and ability to help support the growth of the business area. You will have experience of supporting your sales colleagues and external customers, holding the communication skills to really influence your stakeholders. Be willing to go that extra mile when necessary.
