Zumtobel Group are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to work within our European HR team and to be a true partner to our Nordic region. This role is based in our nice office in Hyllie, Malmö, with occasional travel across the wider region. In this role you will be leading a small team of two admin positions, work in close cooperation with the MD, and the management team for Nordics, report to our Senior HR Director Sales Europe (based in Vienna) and cooperate with the rest of the HR Team based in different locations in Europe.

This is an exciting time to be joining the Nordic team with a new management team in place who are keen at the prospect of growing the region.

The role
  • Implement the HR strategy and execute the operational HR management in the Nordic countries
  • Sparring partner for the Nordic management team and local contact person for employees
  • Provide operational and tactical HR support, train and coach managers in the Nordics in all HR related areas, such as leadership, culture, recruitment, performance management, people development and reward
  • Drive and support labor relations, rehabilitation as well as organizational development and change activities
  • Execute HR deliverables and be responsible for implementing and communicating HR policies, directives and processes
  • Ensure correct employee-data maintenance in all relevant systems
  • Handle contracts, reporting and other administrative tasks in cooperation with internal and external service partners
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you have a solid HR background, preferably from an industry where you have worked with a Nordic perspective, with previous experience in a Business Partner role. You are familiar with Swedish labour legislation and if you have insight in Norwegian and Danish labour legislation, it is a merit. You have a university degree in Human Resources or similar and, since the role will need a high level of stakeholder management, you should be able to command the respect of, and build professional relationships with, internal and external customers.

On a personal level, you enjoy being a partner and coach to all the employees and managers and you have the ability to deliver in time with high quality. You can plan and prioritize with a flexible mind-set. Furthermore, you have high integrity, good communication skills and you have the ability to work independently.
