Sodexo's segment Corporate Services offers workplace services that enhances employee Quality of life and positively impacts organizational performance. Since 2012 Sodexo deliver IFM services at AstraZeneca's sites in Södertälje and Gothenburg. We are now seeking a Site Manager at the location in Södertälje with comprehensive operational and P&L responsibility.

Description and responsibilities

As Sodexo's Site Manager on the AstraZeneca contract you will lead the operations team to deliver on our Quality of Life positioning.

You will:
  • foster long term profitable relationships with our customer to maintain existing business and identify new innovative and digital business opportunities by delivering operational excellence.
  • ensure a safe, compliant environment for our teams and customers by ensuring processes are followed and gaps identified and escalated to resolution.
  • actively support and implement the account vision and strategy to drive the business and create a "one-team" approach with Sodexo and Astra Zeneca.
  • ensure that initiatives and offers are based on deep knowledge of client needs and will deliver on the financial KPI targets within the scope of delegation.
There are currently approximately 300 Sodexo employees and 4,500 Astra Zeneca employees at the site. Through 11 service managers you will ensure effective resourcing and that policies, processes- and routines are implemented and followed.

Who are you?

Through your experience you have developed strong business acumen and gained deep knowledge from working with different business models. You have deep knowledge of customer or client needs and have ability to establish long-term relations and partnerships. Through your innovative mindset, you are able to suggest and implement digital strategies and solutions to meet Astra Zenecas advanced business development.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are business-oriented, proactive, pragmatic and collaborative. You are a natural leader with the ability to establish a cooperative and team-oriented environment and you are used to communicating with various internal and external stakeholders.

You demonstrate a high level of thought leadership and act as change agent. You have a relevant academic degree and excellent command of spoken and written English and Swedish language. Additional language skills are an advantage.
