Logistics Strategy and project (OX) is organized in the central Logistics organisation (O) with the mission to drive the development of cross-brand and component flows within logistics. We work with development of our common logistics processes, with focus on the physical processes connected to our Inhouse logistics but on an overall level work with implementing new methods, technical and digital tools. As the global logistics project office we manage and participate in Logistics projects connected to Cross-Brand, Cross- functional and/ or strategic project for logistics.

Role- Project and forum coordinator

As project coordinator you are an important factor in our organisation. In this role you are the one structuring and developing the administrative side of project management as for example status reports, presentations, resource estimations and cost follow-ups. You will also arrange meetings and workshops, gather and spread information to our stakeholders.

Governance and in some cases gate keeping of Global Logistics is also one important role of our group. You will also be expected to participate and sometimes lead meeting and forum in that area, prepare and follow-up information.

We expect you to be an active partner in developing our methods and processes within the group. To succeed in your mission you need to create a good network all over Scania.

Profile
  • You have a university degree within economics or technology
  • Documented experience of project administration and logistics
  • Experienced user of Office-systems
  • You speak the English language fluently and German is merited
You have a documented experience from tasks similar to what’s described above. We work close to our operations that will demand broad contact areas. You need to be well organized and able to handle several questions parallel. It’s important that you are able to work independently, prioritize and take own decisions within your area of responsibility.
