This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role within one of the fastest developing international FMCG businesses within the Nordic hemisphere which has seen consistent double-digit growth since inception. As part of Lindt's long-term regional expansion strategy, the company is continuously increasing efforts in neighbouring markets Finland, Norway & Denmark. At the same time, the heart of the operation is in Sweden.

The company is now looking for a Consumer & Category Insight Manager with a strong passion for data analysis to join the business. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Responsibilities
  • Proactive analysis of market insights, and business performance across channels and segments to define potential growth opportunities in the market.
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations with regards to pricing, promotional mechanisms, promotion effectiveness, and customer / channel / product mix
  • Enable a holistic view of customer and channel covering the whole value chain
  • Ongoing follow-up of market and brand performance through both quantitative and qualitative studies, ensuring consumers voice is present at the forefront of the decision making process.
Person Description/Background
  • University Degree
  • 3-5 years' relevant experience, preferably from a strategic insight function, business analysis etc
  • FMCG or relevant business experience with an impressive track-record
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into commercial business solutions
  • Solid experience of analysing both Nielsen and sales data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Structured and proactive approach to business, ability to work independently
  • Proven track-record and understanding of business systems & Excel
  • Ability to transform knowledge and obtained insights to other peers or departments through a pedagogical approach.

The position reports to the Head of Marketing (Nordics) and is based at the Nordic HQ in Solna, Stockholm.
