On behalf of Bio-Rad Laboratories, Page Personnel is currently hiring an HR Business Partner due to cover an upcoming maternity leave stretching out until early 2018. The successful candidate will manage the human resources function for the Nordics. Ideally, candidates are available for a start mid-November at the latest. This is a parental leave contract stretching between 12 and 14 months.
Job description: Reporting to the Eastern EMEA HR Manager the successful candidate will take charge of the day to day HR related task for a team of 65 located through out Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. Responsibilities will include:
Operational HR support regarding local business initiatives and European strategies
Recruitment for all positions across the Nordic business
Provide assistance regarding employee relations to managers
Maintain local legislation laws with union officials, government organisations
Coordinate salary and compensation policies
Deliver training, learning and development programs to staff
Maintain compliance through audit of in house systems
Constantly review policies to ensure they are up to date with regional and European standards
Requirements: In order to be successful, candidates are expected to have:
Minimum of 3 years experience within an HR Generalist position
Experience of working with the different Nordic countries
Knowledge of local laws and legislation
Experience working within an international company
Project management skills
Experience and ability to work with different IT systems and HR tools
Strong communication skills
Fluency in Swedish and English
Willingness and ability to work in an international matrix organisation
Highly structured and organised business approach with strong delivery focus
