Channel Manager Nordics
We are looking for a new channel manager for our Nordic team. You will manage relationship and ownership of a group of distributors or point of sales at geographical level to meet our sales objectives.

Your Responsibilities is to manage and develop the distribution Channel in the Nordic countries. You will develop, maintain, and utilize proactive relationships with key channel management to create new opportunities for Telemecanique Sensors and the channel. Probably you have the knowledge on how to manage the business cycles of the distributor/customer perspective. Then you will implement joint action plans between Telemecanique Sensors and the Distribution Channel and develop, execute, and ensure follow through of the business planning process and operational program implementation.

Others:
  • Understand customers' critical path and delivery requirements based on plant capacity and customer requirements and suggests alternatives when necessary.
  • Calculate hit rates and follow-ups on outstanding quotations to secure orders, improve quotation process, and measure effectiveness.
  • Interact with local distributor to clarify job specifications.
  • Leverage key dynamics to drive implementation of programs, pricing, strategies and business models.
  • Utilize sales plans, marketing programs, sales promotion, point-of-sale materials and other sales promotional programs to meet sales goals.
  • Compare/differentiate/propose alternate products with additional customer value compared to competitors.
Who are you? Most likely you have a bachelor´s degree and a couple of years work-life experience in a similar role. You are pro-active and self-motivated and are able to simplify and clarify complex issues to broad and to influence.

  • Strong analytical ability and project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality results.
  • Communicate at C-Level with effectiveness
