Azets is looking for an Account Manager within the Nordic Payroll.

With more than 25,000 customers and 3,000 employees in six European countries, Azets is the biggest Nordic Accounting and Payroll outsourcing provider.

Today we have a dedicated Nordic payroll team in place with a strong sales and delivery focus, and we are seeking a head for the team in the role of Account Manager.

It is an exciting opportunity to grow with our business as we are experiencing an increasing demand for coordinated deliveries and sales to both present and new customers in the Nordics, today covering approximately 400 customers.

As the Account Manager you will lead the Nordic payroll team together with the five local managers spread out in all the Nordic countries. You will report to the Head of Nordic Payroll Business Area and be a part of the Nordic Payroll BA management team.

Your main assignment is to develop the strategy and the business for Nordic customers with the aim to grow our business together with making our customers grow and prosper. The scope is the customers served from more than one country or who do have a Nordic frame agreement as well as the employees working in the Nordic delivery teams.

You will be responsible for the delivery and additional sales to existing Nordic customers as well as sales to new potential Nordic customers. In the role you will be managing many things but to mention some of them:
  • Price and product strategy
  • Implementation of common Nordic delivery and sales processes
  • Implementation of common Nordic frame agreements, SLA's, SOW's and KPI's
  • Implementation of a Nordic IT platform, as standardized as possible
  • Common training, definitions and framework to support Nordic customers
  • Clarify local specific competence needed vs more standardised, geography independent processes/competencies
  • Implement common Nordic offshore teams and processes
  • Developing Nordic web site and sales channels
To succeed in the position we believe that you need to be an experienced leader who is good at communicating with strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills. As the team is spread in all the Nordic countries you will benefit from the experience of handling cultural differences. We also see that you will need the following knowledge and skills:
  • Proven customer focus
  • Ability to drive change and improvements
  • Experience from Nordic sales and bid processes
  • Keen eye for new business opportunities and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge about Accounting and Payroll processes
  • Interest in developing efficient organisations, maximum degree of standardization and quality focus
  • Confident in English writing and speaking
