  • This position is responsible for managing the overall delivery of Application Managed Service from due diligence through transition and into delivery, whilst achieving excellent customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Establish and execute governance structures
    • Includes plan for communication and collaboration among the Customer Team, Account Team, Services Sales, and the AMS teams
    • Support further sales opportunities in the account
  • Manage change - identify, negotiate and execute contract change orders as required
  • Manage risks and issues
  • Working with AMS delivery teams to
    • ensure service is delivered to appropriate SLAs
    • help our customers develop their processes using our tools/systems
    • plan and execute activities according to the annual plan of services
  • Track action items through to closure and document decisions
  • Manage and maintain up to date and comprehensive release schedules
  • Manage budget - resource burn sheets, investment requests, etc.
  • Manage to required project margin targets by effective resource utilization and cost control
  • Manage resources - driving team performance and ensuring efficient resource on boarding and off boarding
  • Manage delivery - orchestrate quality and manage fulfillment of project deliverables to agreed expectations
  • Act as the link between Unit4 and the customer
    • and together with the customer work on a strategic level when it comes ERP Unit4 and other system in our portfolio
    • and together with the customer make a long-term planning
    • and together with the customer decide, plan and deliver projects/improvements

At least 4 years experience as a Service Delivery Manager level (involving the following experiences)
  • Direct experience managing all phases of Managed Service Delivery from due diligence through to renewal
  • Exposure to managing remote and on-site technical teams across multiple disciplines
  • Managed enterprise level customer management for large, complex customers
  • Managed diverse teams of in more than 1 location and area of expertise
  • Managed contracts of over $50,000 USD services budget
  • Managed the delivery of multiple integrated solution sets
  • Experience managing critical situations for production critical solutions across multiple service teams, managing them through to a successful conclusion
  • Highly numerate, able to construct and manage business models and budgets;
  • Demonstrates ability to apply sound judgment to any situation and negotiate the best outcome for all involved parties; *
  • Advanced level communications skills both oral and written Swedish and English, able to build champions and influence at 'C' level both within Unit4 and customers;
  • Expert level knowledge and experience of project and program delivery best practices; *
  • Able to effectively lead, coach and develop an international team; *
  • Expert/Great knowledge of ITIL concept
