Academic Work is looking for a User Researcher on behalf of our client.

You will join the Experience team, where their main focus is all about delivering the best experience possibly, to as many people as possible, in as many moments as possible. We are now looking for a User Researcher whom will help drive and support evidence-based design and product decisions through our clients product development process.

Arbetsuppgifter
  • Define, plan and conduct user research
  • Contribute with insights to the product- and design teams
  • Develop and innovate on our mixed-methods user research practice
  • Analyzie our understanding of our users and their behaviour from a holistic perspective - and proactively identify gaps and opportunities for new research
  • Work as part of a cross-functional team of product, tech, design and user research to propel our client's user growth
  • Establish and maintain a culture of rigour and data curiosity to drive tangible business impact
Vi söker dig som
  • You have extensive experience in a research role at a consumer-focused company
  • You have broad experience of qualitative research methods and are comfortable planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing and communicating research
  • You have a degree in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field
  • You are familiar with quantitative research methods, comfortable with metrics and A/B tests, and are able to synthesis quantitative data with qualitative user research
  • will work closely with data scientists to identify and understand audiences and define success metrics for our products
As a person you are:
  • Excellent in communicating with engineers, designers, business people and other stakeholders
  • A flexible and highly motivated individual with the ability to lead and drive projects
  • A person whom will thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to execute with autonomy
