For Arrow Global Supply Chain Services, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative

Arrow Global Supply Chain Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arrow Electronics. We help large high-tech OEM clients execute their supply chain transformation strategy by implementing and executing end-to-end integrated supply chain orchestration services. We manage demand, supply, inventory, shipments, invoices and returns through our operational centres of excellence so that our clients can focus on their core competencies and other strategic initiatives. Arrow Global Supply Chain Services is a global leader in helping companies execute supply chain virtualization - a transformational supply chain strategy as identified in the 2019 Gartner Supply Chain Strategy Hype Cycle.

In the role as Customer service representative you will be part of our global service organization with customer service teams located in Sweden, China, and Mexico. As a Customer service representative, you are our main interface to our customers, and you ensure that we deliver timely and accurately goods to our supply chain customers with time critical needs.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Be the daily contact for dedicated customers
  • Set up customer accounts and customer price agreements in ERP system
  • Process incoming customer order and manage customer backlog
  • Manage and escalate customer supply shortages
  • Ensure shipments are successfully delivered to the customers
  • Resolve shipment and invoice discrepancies
  • Create and send out defined reports to the customers on a regular basis
  • Occasionally participate in meetings with customers as required
What We Are Looking For
  • 3 + years of experience in Customer service in a B2B environment
  • Develop and maintain effective relationship
  • Self-Starter and Team player
  • Ability to work and think independently
  • Proven effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert organizational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Customer oriented attitude
