Commercial Account Manager in International Insurance company - Work from Stockholm or Copenhagen!

Job description
Working from our Stockholm office (or Copenhagen if more convenient for you) and working with all our international colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring business retention and developing the existing customer portfolio with the aim of maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability. In this exciting and varied role will be the first point of contact for our strategic customers in both the Nordics and the Baltics. Travel to commercial events and to prospects and customers could be required and the successful candidate will manage his/her own customer portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, customer focused, individual with a can-do mentality and experience in account management.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Account Management
  • First point of contact for strategic clients and act as customer interface, responsible for customer satisfaction, revenue generation and risk management
  • Manage all customer communication in a proactive way to ensure the customer is supported and informed on all aspects of services provided and within agreed service levels
  • Identifying and follow up new business leads with the appropriate sales manager, and clearly identifying new prospect sources
  • Be a team player and support the sales team in maintaining and developing customer relations
  • Introduce and review departmental processes and procedures to support continuous improvement within the department.
  • Actively involved in the management and development of customer portfolio performance, providing accurate reporting to high-level stakeholders
  • Responsible for revenue generation and risk management.
  • Improving customer service and experience, working closely with other departments within Atradius in order to provide best possible service to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Utilise existing knowledge of Credit and Risk Management environments in order to effectively align our services with the Client's needs
  • Working with other Atradius Collections' Strategic Account Managers to establish cross fertilisation of the Accounts internationally and communicate new product / service developments to your key client base.
  • Establish and develop working relationships with prospective Strategic Accounts and related Channel Partners.
  • Working as a trusted advisor, providing support and guidance to new and existing clients.

Good communicator who easily engages and interacts with new and existing customers using a broad range of channels (Social Media, Telephone, Email) and who has the ability to quickly build rapport

Able to work quickly and accurately using multiple systems and can adapt to new insights

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Data driven, with ability to prepare customer reports and to analyse and interpret data and identify effectiveness

A self-motivated individual, able to work from own initiative

Fluent in at least Swedish and English

A real team-player who is able to work in an international environment
