What you'll do:
  • Contriubute on our Management Team with data-driven strategic initiatives
  • Be responsible for developing, building and strengthening Bynk's growth by leveraging data and being strategic when planning customer acquisition channels
  • Collaborate closely with the Products, Customer Service and Management Teams, creating buzz about our products
  • Source, establish, and manage marketing opportunities, strategic collaborations, channels, and partnerships driving growth
  • Manage performance marketing channels within Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic Ad Buying
  • Manage budget and ensure tracking, attribution modelling and return on digital marketing investments
  • Plan and implement marketing automation processes and campaigns in collaboration with Product Teams
  • Manage CRM activities with focus on customer retention, engagement and loyalty metrics
  • Oversee and be the Project Lead for market specific and operational initiatives
  • Lead Marketing Team and activities as we continue adding new products and expand internationally
What you'll need:
  • Demonstrated solid experience and track record in managing performance marketing investments in FinTech, E-Commerce, Consumer Platforms or other relevant online consumer services
  • Mind-blowing analytical skills - you easily evaluate data to use in decision making
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of building well-recognized campaigns
  • Creativity regarding innovative marketing channels and potential influencers
  • Academic degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Entrepreneurial personality with strong customer, product, business, and design thinking
  • Extensive experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Display & Video 360, Google Analytics, DSP platforms
  • Solid background using complex Customer Relationship Management and marketing automation
  • To be fluent in both Swedish and English
