Job description:

Based in the larger area of Stockholm, Sweden you ensure the best in class Key Account Management of our retail partners in Sweden while driving new sales at manufacturers, specifically in the FMCG and Food & Beverage Industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship management of Swedish retailers and their Management of Logistics, Sales, Purchasing and Supply Chain functions
  • Recommend strategies to our key retailers in order to engage our CHEP Brand
  • Drive CHEP Solutions across all platforms and business units to strengthen the business relationships
  • Negotiate contracts for expanded business as well as new
  • Generate consistent revenue out of retailer cooperation not only through indirect business but also through creating new opportunities
  • Drive implementation of retailer service centers
  • Initiate cooperation and coordinate all internal departments within retailer engagement, especially supply chain and finance functions for Sweden
  • Implement continuous improvement programs regarding quality, costs, services, safety to guarantee maximum efficiency within the cooperation modules
  • Develop control campaigns to keep CHEP assets under control in cooperations with Asset Management
Required profile:
  • University degree in a business or engineering
  • Starter experience in Sales and Key Account Management in the Swedish / Nordic FMCG Market
  • Excellent strategic and tactical skills
  • Communication & negotiating skills
  • Data-driven and results-oriented
  • Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluent Swedish & English language skills
