  • Create, present and execute local PR & Communication strategies
  • Work in close relationship with key press representatives and PR agency
  • Prepare PR reports on a regular basis
  • Support internal stakeholders when needed for external comms opportunities
  • Support the Success Story program, via related stakeholder management in Sweden
Social media
  • Curate a social media calendar that ensures content is relevant and engaging
  • Produce social media content across platforms
  • Tailor messaging to target audience, both client and talent
  • Coordinate ads (mainly LinkedIn and display)
  • Coordinate content for employee advocacy tool and newsletter
Thought Leadership
  • Identify talents for speaking and PR engagements
  • Promote Capgemini experts as speakers
  • Recruit experts to Expert Connect network
Employer Branding
  • Support employer branding communication and campaigns
  • Support production of branded material such as: brochures, flyers and giveaways
  • Help to raise awareness of our employer brand
  • 7+ years of experience within external communication
  • Relevant academic degree
  • Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
  • Good command of the language and the ability to express him or herself in writing
  • Ability to articulate and influence, with colleagues and managers
  • Ability to prioritize, focus and balance the workload in a dynamic and virtual environment
  • Needs to be flexible in how things will be organized
  • Needs to be able to create distance and be assertive, control intake
  • Active connector between local needs/vendors and Scandinavian structure
  • Comfortable with tools and technology
  • Have an interest in content marketing
