We are currently looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager on behalf of an international electronics manufacturing business. My client is a well-established family run business, with four manufacturing facilities across Europe as well as 22 global sales subsidiaries. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business which is hungry to grow its market share and in a position to achieve many quick wins.

The role will report directly into the European HQ and will be responsible for developing an established account portfolio in and around Stockholm and Northern Sweden, predominantly via existing distributor relationships. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone coming from an industrial/electronics background with an entrepreneurial and ambitious approach.

As well as working in a supportive environment, the role offers the medium term opportunity to bring in and develop a further team member in Sweden.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial with a hunter' approach
  • Demonstrable experience and track record in sales
  • Skilled at identifying business opportunities
  • Industrial/electronic product knowledge
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good level of English and Swedish
