We're currently seeking for our new Reserve Brand Ambassador in the Nordics, to work independently and proactively to drive and inspire customer's loyalty while implementing marketing activations in luxury bars, clubs, hotels and restaurants.

As our new Reserve Brand Ambassador...

  • You're a key player in supporting the commercial teams in building relationships and winning contracts with key customers through concepts, menus, listings and rituals; you will also have a crucial role in training our sales team in our luxury brands, building pitches to win & engage key accounts in the region.
  • As an expert in bartending and mixology, you will deliver brand passion and bartending training to internal & external stakeholders.
  • What about World Class, the world's largest bartending competition? You play a fantastic role in design and implement the event in the Nordics region, sharing best practice with other teams and training our staff.
  • Last but not least, you will be the spokesperson for key consumer and trade events, and develop PR-able work to generate coverage and buzz around the Diageo Reserve brands.

The role is based in Stockholm but requires 40% travelling through Sweden, especially the West coast, and regularly visit Oslo for the Diageo opportunities in that city.

What we're looking for:

  • You have extensive work experience in the on-trade (hospitality or commercial), preferably in the luxury industry.
  • You have cocktail / spirit knowledge and experience, and have a network in the 'high end bar' hospitality industry
  • You are structured, detail oriented, take pride in delivering on time and always looking for solutions.
  • You are known to be persistent, loyal, open personality, dedicated, a good team player and can handle a corporate structure.
  • You are available to work frequently in night shifts and occasional weekends for customer events
  • You are available to travel frequently across Sweden and Norway
  • You have strong communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
  • In possession of a driver's license
