De’Longhi is the global market leader of fully automatic coffee machines. The Nordic region has one of the highest coffee consumptions in the world. It sounds like a perfect match! Yet very few people know that one can have the convenience of a fully automatic coffee machine at home. We want to increase the awareness about the fully automatic coffee machine category and at the same time build a strong and healthy brand. Does this sound like an exciting challenge to you? The Role:

You will take ownership of developing, driving and implementing category strategies/plans (both on a short term and long-term basis) for the De’Longhi brand within the coffee category. The role includes product portfolio planning and development, digital marketing, campaign marketing in the stores as well as administrative and routine based tasks. It’s a broad role that demands an understanding of the organization in its entirety. To succeed in the role, you need to be self-driven, customer-oriented, have a positive mindset and a prestige less attitude. You also love coffee.

Areas of responsibility include
  • Strengthen De’Longhi by building brand equity and brand shares through strong ATL/BTL
  • Setting and driving the strategy for coffee as well as other categories
  • Analyze sales and market data (GfK) in order to improve marketing and sales strategies
  • Monitoring the competitive environment and consumer trends
  • Drive and implement category management projects with our main customers.
  • Create, plan and implement product launches and marketing activities
  • Marketing planning, execution and analysis including all channels - stores, online, web pages and SoMe, influencer marketing
  • Optimizing digital visibility in e-store by tailoring the product content for our main Nordic customers
  • Digital product activation and management (web admin and localization)
  • Coordinating design of marketing materials for stores and digital channels
  • Campaign info & operation tools to stores
  • Social Media management incl. campaigns and customer dialogue
  • Coordinate product trainings, events and fairs from A to Z
Qualifications:
  • Master´s or Bachelor´s degree in marketing
  • 5 years of working experience in B2C marketing
  • Fluent in Swedish or in any other Nordic language as well as in and English.
  • Flexible, openminded and with passion for digital marketing
  • Good technical understanding within digital marketing
  • Good analytical skills as well as understanding of data driven marketing
  • You have experience from a similar position or a similar role during which you have successfully created and/or developed a complex category.
  • Organized problem solver, does not give up when confronted with difficult challenges
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, active and accurate behavior, self-conscious and critical minded
  • Ability to work independently and results-orientated, yet a good team player
  • Project management skills
  • Good commercial and verbal communication skills
  • You are prepared to attend meetings abroad
