Since 2012, Derby Cycle, which includes Kalkhoff and Focus have been part of Pon.Bike.

Position:
We are immediately looking for a professional and motivated Sales Agent to further expand and strengthen our business in Sweden.

You are responsible for the further development of our IBD footprint in Sweden, as well as maintaining existing relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales to our selected IBD dealer network through excellent customer focus as well as proven sales qualities.
  • Visiting potential and existing accounts on a regular basis.
  • Reporting dealer visits on a weekly basis to the Country Group Manager.
  • Identifying new possibilities and making contact with potential customers.
  • Advice retailers on making stock analyzes in order to further improve the stock position.
  • Actively provide training to store staff at both product level and sales techniques.
  • Daily cooperation with our Scandinavia Inside Sales Manager to jointly solve problems and further improve our sales & service.
  • Supporting local and international events (mostly during the weekend)
  • Implementing new sales strategies.
  • Monitoring sales objectives and action or implementing change if necessary.
Requirements:
  • Good communicative skills
  • Someone who values integrity
  • Someone who wants to be a team player and can add that something extra to further expand our business in Sweden
  • Initiative driven and self-motivating
  • Ability to maintain and further develop business relationships
  • Proven sales & service track record
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the Bike Industry
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Good command of the English language in speech and writing, German would be a good addition.
  • In possession of a valid driving license
  • Good command of the Microsoft Office packet (Word, Excel)
