Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that district sales budgets and objectives are achieved;
- Building and maintaining good business relationships with existing and new Clients across the Nordic region;
- Working closely with Management, Application Engineers, Product Managers, Sales Coordinators, and all sales support functions;
- Working with customers on purchasing and technical level to discuss problem areas or business opportunities;
- Traveling across the Nordic region (approx. 60% );

- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Are a self-starter and you like to work independently;
- Are motivated, have "can do attitude" and proactive approach;
- Feel a real passion for sales;
- Have a technical degree and at least 2 - 3 years of experience in the same type of function (preferably manufacturing/power transmission/industrial);
- Speak fluent English
- The possibility of growth and development, while working in an international environment;
- Home-based position;
