Job description:

The Marketing Manager - Scandinavia will, among other responsibilities define and execute the country's annual marketing plan within the country and partner continually with their Head of Regional Marketing and their country Heads of business.
The person will be:
  • The key contributor to the Country leadership and marketing team
  • Define and agrees on Country annual marketing plan
  • Executes the Country marketing plan and associated campaigns
  • Understand and develop knowledge of the local customers and competitors
  • Analyze findings from activities/ channels & translate into recommendations and new actionable campaigns;
  • Liaise with the sales team on Country marketing activities to drive conversion to opportunity and won sale;
Goal focus - 1) Deep local customer & marketplace insight 2) Marketing Country plan effectiveness and business growth 3) Marketing activity performance/return 4) Brand awareness and equity 4) Collaboration

Required profile:

A Marketing Manager, with a track record of using the power of end to end marketing to grow businesses in financial services / FinTech, will have the following:
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager. Ideally, managing a full marketing plan and not just areas of it (i.e. we'd want someone who has managed every channel from offline and events to digital and social). If not possible, the bare minimum would be a digital marketing expert.
  • Analytical and data-driven. Familiar with business metrics, not just marketing metrics. Able to read business reports, extract conclusions, find gaps and opportunities, put together a strategy and get their team on board to implement the necessary actions to turn the strategy into a full action plan.
  • Industry knowledge: ideally on listed derivatives. If not possible, anything trading or investing can be useful.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good with people and with coordinating teams based on different locations. Ability to influence decision making. Team player.
  • Native in Swedish and proficient in English.
