Your Team
The Country Marketing organization works together with the other marketing teams (most obviously Data/Insights, Digital Experience, External Comms and Enablement) to deliver to country needs and the overall EMEA marketing strategy.

Your Role
As the Marketing Manager you will plan and execute multi-channel campaigns targeted on the asset management markets in Benelux and Nordics. Our challenge for the Marketing Manager in Benelux &
Nordics is to initiate, deliver and measure distinctive and effective multi-channel campaigns to develop deeper engagement between Invesco's investment teams and prospects and clients regarding investment capabilities, strategies and solutions. The role requires full ownership to go to market and provides a real opportunity to shine in a results-oriented environment. Location could be either
Amsterdam or Stockholm.

You will be responsible for:
  • The hands-on development, transcreation and execution of marketing campaigns, events and communication for the Benelux and Nordics region.
  • Analysing ROI (Return on Investments) of actions & recommend further follow-up for more qualitative results.
  • Participating closely in the maintenance and creation of funds & product strategy materials for our websites.
  • New campaign strategies within the different marketing teams across EMEA.
  • Collaborating with the sales teams.
  • Contributing to the implementation of regular digital mailings (engagement studios) to relevant target groups in Benelux & Nordics, and follow-ups via lead generation.
  • The creation and update of advertisements
  • Leading media planning, mainly online (display, LinkedIn and programmatic).
  • Marketing automation – Pardot champion (Pardot support, Salesforce/CRM support marketing and Sales) in close collaboration with the EMEA Marketing automation team.
  • Online events: help lead the EMEA webinars, guide the requirements to streamline the EMEA webinar process, working closely with the different teams in EMEA.
The skills and experience you'll bring
You will:
  • Possess meaningful work experience.
  • Have a good understanding of products and interest in financial markets.
  • Be digital savvy
  • Have experience in managing (creative) agencies or agency background, and proven understanding of main marketing processes.
  • Speak Dutch or Swedish and have an excellent command of English language.
  • Be well-organized, goal-oriented, competitive and results-driven professional.
  • Will be a creative and innovative teammate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Used to working within multi-cultural and international environments.
  • Be proactive and upbeat and able to think both strategically and tactically.
