The Adoption Consultant - Connected Workforce (Consultant) is a critical role in ensuring the successful and smooth adoption of Insight Connected Workforce solutions and services into its clients such as Microsoft SharePoint and O365. The position holder works closely with Insight and Client teams to drive the required changes and landing in order to ensure best uptake and embedding of Insight services.

The Consultant works closely with the Client to help them adapt to new ways of working, ensuring that people, systems, processes and ways of working are set up to enable optimal outputs and benefits of their investment in Insight.

The Consultant provides a methodology and change management, communication and training expertise to support clients required changes, partnering with a dedicated client adoption project team to land changes successfully throughout the organisation.

Job description:
  • Partner with a defined client adoption project team to develop a client specific adoption roll-out project/ change strategy and plan. Provide guidance, methodology and best practice to the client adoption project team to ensure and maximize success.
  • Engage with Digital Workspace Consultants to ensure that Digital Workspace offerings are configured to best meet client specific needs.
  • Monitor progress of the roll-out plan, act as a project manager, providing regular status updates to relevant client decision makers and stakeholders. Prepare and share reports and updates to monitor progress, flagging any issues or blockers that may impact timescales or success.
  • Work with the client adoption project team to ensure that defined/ agreed KPI targets are achieved or exceeded. Agree and review adoption metrics to measure success, use data and metrics to make adjustments and share feedback as needed.
  • Apply a structured methodology to assigned change management activities. Administer and carry out change management assessments and surveys.
  • Identify all client teams who will be impacted by the change, supporting the client in preparing training and communication plans that will help end users develop the knowledge and capability required to ensure successful change.
  • Ensure a future view approach to change management in order to support a sustained, long term adoption of Digital Workspace solutions.
  • Influence and educate Client stakeholders to smarter working and smart collaboration.
Required profile:
  • Experienced gained in a change management/ technology adoption position. Microsoft O365 technologies and Digital Workspace technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Must be an excellent communicator - both written and oral. With good customer relationship management skills and ability to interface seamlessly with sales staff.
  • Project Management Skills: ability to manage several project in parallel securing on time and high quality delivery. Understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Change Management Skills: ability to deal with resistance and find routes to get to win-win situation. Experienced in change management methodologies.
  • Passionate about technology.
  • Teamwork: Willing to partner internally and externally to secure the resources needed to
