The Sales Manager will be responsible for one of the sales organisations in Scandinavia and based at the Stockholm office. As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing an experienced team of driven sales professionals. You will be responsible for securing that targets are achieved by the sales team. You are an inspiring and enthusiastic leader, leading by example and dedicated to supporting the sales team, creating a positive and motivating working environment and team spirit. As the Sales Manager you are responsible for our well-established dealer network in Scandinavia. You will work closely together with our dealers, supporting them and further developing their business and performance. You will become part of a highly competent, experienced, and supportive team.

Your profile - Skills
The right candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills and earns respect through leading by example. You have previous experience managing a team working with solution- and product-based sales. As a person, you are driven and ambitious in ensuring that objectives and goals are met. You operate always with integrity and are skilled in working closely with different personalities cross Scandinavian countries.

The right candidate will be able to develop successful sales strategies and manage the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organisation, also working very closely with different internal and external stakeholders. Importantly you have a high-energy level, you are self-motivated, passionate about business and sales, proactive and with a proven ability to learn by doing and working and thinking outside of the box.

Your capabilities
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience of management with a team working with solution and product-based sales.
  • A goal driven and passionate attitude, who finds solutions, and leads by example.
  • Fluent, both verbal and written in Swedish and English
