We are looking for a GROUP BUSINESS CONTROLLER to support our organization and growth.
You will work in matrix
organization closely with our accounting team members in Finland and Sweden and you will report to Finance and HR Director. Your working place will be in our Tampere, Helsinki or Loimaa office. Your work includes travelling in Finland and Sweden. In Sweden we are located in
Stockholm, Jönköping and Skellefteå.
Your future tasks are group level responsibilities
- group monthly reporting and financial closings ensuring reporting accurancy
- group forecasting and rolling estimates
- performance monitoring, KPIs and cost controlling
- development and harmonization of group financial processes and policies
- participation to develop and automatizise activities in accounting and finance
As an ideal match you may have
- master's degree in accounting
- work experience in similar responsibility area in manufacturing company
- interest in collecting and analyzing data from various sources
- strong Excel skills, experience with ERP and reporting systems' creating and developing (we are using i. e. Epicor, Monitor, Tabella, Power BI)
- Fluent skills in Finnish and in English, Swedish is a great advantage
