We are looking for a Business Planner for the mass market division.

Reporting to the Commercial Director of the Consumer Product Division in Sweden our Business Planner takes ownership of the accuracy in the business planning by challenging sales forecasts focused on promotions and launches.

As part of our sales team you will support and consult on the sales forecast construction with a customer focus. You will take ownership of the quality of the sales forecast from a client and product level and ensure consistency with the turnover trend.

As the Business Planner you will be responsible for the accuracy in the business planning and the forecast accuracy. Moreover, you will support and consult on the sales forecast with customer focus and a multifunctional mind-set.

You will be heavily involved in the following activities:
  • Analyse sales results per product category and customer
  • Review sales forecast with the Key Account Managers where feedback and challenging the KAMs is a natural part of your meetings
  • Follow-up on promotions and launches
You will be working very closely our Commercial Director, Key Account Managers, Controllers, Demand Planners and Marketers.

Your profile
The ideal Business Planner has a minimum of 5 years of experience as Business Planner, Demand Planner or within Sales working closely with the Supply Chain team in a fast paced environment. You have an international profile from studies or work abroad. Ideally you have a master degree. Your line of study is not important; however you must have a flair for the FMCG market and planning.

As a person you are ambitious, a team player and have a passion for quality and details. You have an analytical & structured approach to your task. You are service minded, flexible and able to prioritise your task in a busy environment. You have a flair for numbers, high business sensitivity, outstanding communication skills, speak Swedish and English fluently and have good IT-skills.
