Our client is a large international pharmaceutical company. The interim assignment starts immediately and ends 31st of December.

Tasks and responsibilities

Project Assistant
  • Support DD - Project Manager with administrative tasks such as:
  • Collecting data and documents
  • Reconciling data lists
  • Scanning and Logging documents
  • Planning and scheduling meetings
  • Preparing presentations
  • Ad hoc activities
Finance Assistant
  • Support Nordic Finance and Accounting Manager with AP & AR management
  • Prepare supporting documents for collective invoices to large customers
  • Communication with customers regarding invoices and payments
  • Prepare Internal control documents
  • Ad hoc activities
Requirements
  • Academic qualification in Business administration
  • Minimum 4 years work experience in comparable position
  • Basic knowledge/experience in Accounting
  • Experience as project manager and/or project administrator
  • Excellent English
  • Good skills in MS-Office, especially Excel and powerpoint
  • SAP
  • Flexible, tight deadlines and travel within Nordic countries might be required
  • Team player
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Hands-on and practical attitude
  • Stress resilient
